Deposits and Final payments

Deposits of half per booked time paid on confirmation.

Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa excepted over the phone (08) 86870411

Or send a cheque/money order made out to Coodlie Park, c/o Post Office Port Kenny 5671.

The deposit to be sent within 14 days of booking.

A deposit sent will ensure your booking is held.

Final payment upon arrival.

Cancellations

If a cancellation is made 7 days prior to the booked date, there will be no refund.

If the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the booked date, then half the deposit will be refunded

If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to the booked date, then a full refund will occur.

Checking in and out times

Check in time is 1 pm. If other arrangements have been made upon the time of booking then disregard this notice.

All bookings other than B&B to be out by 10 am.         

Patrons who book in as a Bed and Breakfast may leave at 11 am, or if prior arrangements have been made then disregard this notice.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice, this is due to the use of other operators within some of our packages.

Special needs

If you have some dietary or equipment needs to be met, we will endeavour to meet your requirements. As we are an isolated area, certain items may not be obtained, so please talk this through upon booking.
 

Insurance

For those adventurous enthusiasts who bring their own equipment onto the farm, the responsibility of your own wellbeing is yours alone.
